MedPartners, Corp. in conjunction with the "Safe at Home Foundation" was established to educate, inform, and guide Medicaid beneficiaries to the home health care equipment that is available to them that can improve their health and in-home safety. We have discovered that many Medicaid beneficiaries with chronic health conditions or severe mobility limitations are not aware of the resources and tools available to them.
If you have Medicaid as your primary or secondary insurance you can receive valuable home healthcare equipment designed to improve your health and in-home safety.
If you have been diagnosed with a breathing or heart related medical condition or if you are currently using Oxygen Services, you are eligible to receive one or more of the therapeutic or health monitoring devices pictured on our Services page to help keep you safe in your home. (Qualifications may vary with certain states)
Our goal is to help provide, to people in need, home healthcare resources that will reduce the frequency of doctor visits and hospital stays to improve the quality of life of people in our community.
